Vegan Carrot Cupcake

Insane. I can’t even begin to describe this! The cake is moist and filled with syrup and nuts. The top of the cake is crunchy and sweet. And the icing… not for the faint hearted. At R20 this is an absolute treat!!

Moist, a little sticky with the most delicious lemon frosting! Baked perfectly! An absolute must if traveling the N2 or you find yourself close by #abillionturns3

This was the best vegan carrot muffin / cupcake I have had! The icing had a lovely lemony flavour but very subtle. There were some caramelized nuts and raisins so you got little bites of toffee like bits soooooo yummy! Defos get a few!!!! 😻🌟😻 #vegancupcakes
