Vegan Carrot Cake

What a lovely little carrot cake! 🥕🍰 The icing was very lemony with a solid sugary texture 🍋 and the candied orange rind on top was flavourful too 🍊 The cake itself was moist with carrot ribbons and juicy raisins. A good portion size too - satisfying without being overly indulgent. The service and atmosphere at Ou Meul Pinelands were wonderful are warm. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were met with a cosy warmth and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I would happily go back!
