Vegan Carrot Cake

What a treat it is to find vegan carrot cake!! 😍 this was absolutely delicious as well, with a light creamy icing and plenty of fresh carrot.

Solid 4, as it was a very creamy and a bit too sweet carrot cake. Exactly what I was craving for.
