Vegan Caprese Pizza

This pizza is perfetto! The cashew cheese is really what makes it, it’s creamy and rich and oh so good. And I love the roasted pumpkin seeds and the drizzle of herb oil.

Vegan cheese (is it home made? I loved it!) on a tomato base with pesto and pumpkin seeds. Yummy and went nicely with some Cambodia beers! 🍕🍻
