Where do I start when rating this burger... I'll admit it doesn't look like much, but this was the best vegetable based burger I have ever tasted. After just finishing the Pembrokeshire coastal walk, I could have cried with how much I needed a burger so good! Me and my partner have been vegan for about 6 years now and I have never felt the urge to personally compliment the chef, I just had to after eating this.
The restaurant isnt entirely vegan but the fact that their chef has mastered making vegan burgers from scratch and captured so much flavour... To be honest, I won't be able to express how great everything on that plate was, the chips, the colesaw. It was all perfect and I will be back.
