Vegan Breakfast Sandwich

#veganisnotscary 10/90 !! I can’t believe it- a fully vegan breakfast sandwich!! I’ve literally never seen a fully vegan one before, as most places just have vegetarian ones but use real egg and cheese. The taste was really good- the sausage (I think it was beyond) was smoky and a hint spicy. The texture, however, was really disappointing. I think they probably freeze these & reheat (or at least parts) because the English muffin was really tough to bite through and had a freezer burn feel to it, which is unfortunate. I’d definitely get this again though, just out of pure joy that I can enjoy one of my favorite to go breakfasts again.

It comes with Daiya cheese, Beyond sausage, and Just Egg on an English muffin. The "egg" was nice and fluffy and the sausage added a lot of flavor!

this was amazing, got it from Philz Coffee in chicago on lincoln avenue and i will definitely be getting it again!
