Vegan BLT Pimento Grilled Cheese

Now this is my kind of dish! I love vegan BLTs, I love vegan grilled cheeses, and as a non-vegan I used to love pimento cheese. This gave me two vegan dishes I already loved combined with my first vegan pimento cheese experience. Amazing all around!
