I was able to try some more dishes at Vegan Bistro during my second visit, these baos were one of these! I love the consistency of the bao buns, so whenever I find a vegan version I like to try them. These didn’t disappoint, the buns were soft and firm and the filling was savory and saucy. The price of the dish was 13€ which I found adequate. As per usual, I really like this bistro because is 100% vegan, so by eating here you are not supporting the consumption of other kinds of products which could be animal based. On top of that I think the quality of all dishes here is above average and the service is very good.
