Vegan Avocado & Veggie Triassant

🥪🥐 I was intrigued by their triassant which is a croissant and cereal 🌾bread mix. They didn’t have mushrooms 🍄so I chose this one which was lovely. It was quite messy to eat with hummus, avocado🥑, and all the 🥬veggies. The balsamic and seeds 🌱on the side were a nice touch.
