Vegan Aubergine Royale Sourdough Pizza

Probably the nicest pizza I’ve tried from Pure Pizza, a reeeaaally generous amount of toppings (not a load of actual aubergine because I suppose it would be too soggy, but the olives and artichokes were more than welcome.)
