
Let me just start with saying how amazing Kipos is for having not just the typical tofu vegan option but tempe (with sambal! Ahh that kick of spice) and SO many quorn options (Thai mince, curry meatballs). You MUST get the truffle shoyu dressing... takes the salad to the next level !
I love the bowls at Kipos - they are also one of the only restaurants to always provide a vegetarian option in addition to a non-veg dish. Big fan of the wasabi bowl too! Lots of texture, sauce is delicious and feels really good for you.
This came with quinoa, edamame, lightly marinated tofu, cucumber, almonds, shredded carrots, beetroot, fresh greens & sliced oyster mushrooms. There was just the right amount of clear truffle-infused sauce, and the fresh & crunchy veggies complemented the soft mushrooms & the tofu well :) You can also add shoyu & ‘wasabi’ if you’d like even more flavour!
Best choice to have this bowl! With wasabi and soy sauce it was just perfect and the quinoa added a soft texture #animalplace
