Tostada de yaca

Jackfruit tostadas, sorry it looks messy, time issues, unfortunately, couldn’t eat at the restaurant. First time for me trying fresh jackfruit (no can), believe me… it taste different, so good, texture is way more firm. Highly recommended!!
