Tortilla Soup

This tortilla soup from tacotarian was pretty good! Definitely not for me, maybe. However, I shared a bit with some of my family and they enjoyed it. The flavors were very strong and I love that they put plenty of #avocado in the dish! This is definitely a vegan twist on the traditional tortilla soup. I love the colors— the soup was beautiful!
