Tom Yam Soup

More herby than spicy, which my stomach will thank me for. I decided I just wanted soup for dinner as I wasn't super hungry. Glad for the option of having this without a serving of heavy carbs. This soup has some of my favourite things - mushrooms, aubergine, tofu. But I couldn't figure out if I liked the pineapple or would rather not have had it. Still good though!
