So flavorful! Bright and fresh bursting with the flavors of lemongrass and Thai basil, but also creamy and comforting with coconut milk, mushrooms, and tofu. And it looks like art in a bowl :). This was one of the dishes featured during April 2019 as part of the Santa Barbara Vegan Chef Challenge, but I believe they are keeping it on the regular menu!
