Tofu vegetable chow fun

This chow fun is absolutely delicious, and you get a very large portion size (good for 2 people). The tofu tastes so good, I like to eat it with rice and the hot sauce they have. Highly recommend!

This is not a vegan restaurant but the owner is sensitive to veg people. Chow fun is one of my favorite Chinese dishes and it’s often made with meat and egg. Here the owner makes it for us with no egg and no meat. I request crispy tofu and vegetables. Note: there may be some residual something on the wok (I have not asked yet) but I believe that if I can get more restauranteurs to offer veg dishes that’s a good thing.
