Tofu Teriyaki

Bad photo again😪 This grilled tofu was nice but nothing special, and most of the flavor was concentrated in the sauce at the top.

Just your simple tofu skewer, It has some teriyaki sauce brushed on the top which provides a sweet and umami flavor to this dish.🍢 The tofu is relatively soft, yet slightly on the watery/ oiler side that what I would have preferred.
