Tofu Omelette

I've never tried a tofu omelette before and this was super good!! I love how the outer layer is crispy but on the inside is soft

Another 100% vegan cafe that we found, and what an absolute gem! This was absolutely beautiful, the perfect sized breakfast, and I’d never had a vegan omelette before. It could have been even eggier for my taste, but I’m personally a massive fan of very eggy and salty flavours.
