Tofu Mushroom Curry With Rice

The curry was a pleasant surprise. This was not a vegan restaurant and therefore I went with zero expectations. The Tofu curry with mushroom was the vegan option they had in the menu and it turned out to be really good. Flavourful and really tasty. I would love to have that again. It came with a beansprout clear soup. #jaan
