Tofu Caesar Wrap

The Caesar wrap at parka is absolutely delicious! One of the best vegan Caesar dressings I have tried! The tofu and chickpeas are seasoned well! They put raw bok choy in it, which is new to me but adds such a nice crunch to the wrap! The side poutine, however, not my favourite…the cheese is more like queso and the gravy is okay. The fries on their own are super yummy!
