Tofu Buddha Bowl

This was absolutely delicious and one of the best bowls I've ever tasted. Quinoa, tofu, mushrooms, green pepper, carrot, spinach, tomato and microgreens. Everything tastes better on top of a mountain 😄 #reviewwithaview
