Tibetan Thukpa Vegetable Soup

This was really warming and flavourful! But unfortunately I have once again overestimated my spice tolerance The momos were q big and the soup was spicy and tangy! #veganisnotscary #veganinsingapore

The noodles are different from nepali thukpa but i’m so happy

Went to Fifth Season after a really long time and seemed that the management and chef had changed from when I was last there. The #tibetan #thukpa was very tasty, spicy and filling.
