The Veggie Croquette Bun

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. A soft, warm bun envelops a crispy, perfectly seasoned potato croquette. If you all have been following my past reviews, you will know that I am a BIG fan of potatoes. The croquette was also accompanied but a melodious combination of mayo and katsu sauce (I think?), and there were also some light lettuce strips in there too. Great start to a meal.

So delicious! A fried veggie mixture with lettuce in a steamed bao bun. Just ask for no mayo!
