The Rogue waffle

This must be the signature dish of AM Cafe, I think for the hour or so we were there 4 out of 5 orders coming out of the kitchen were these fun Jenga stacks. This one is minus a cheese slice (because my husband is an oddball who hates cheese of any kind) Surprising, original, and generous with the bacon, chicken, and avocado servings. Bravo!
