My mom has this meal and she absolutely loved it. Aubergine, hummus, caramelized onion, tomatoes, chickpeas, rocket, lemon tahini dressing and dukkah on toast for R89 🌱

This was very yummy. The rye toast wasn't too hard. It was crispy on the edges. The spices and sauces are what made it so good. There was a tahini dressing and various spices such as dukkah.

This was so delicious! Such a great option for a hummus toastie and the spicy chickpeas were a superb addition! Would definitely order this again! Yum!
