The Mean Green Vegan Machine

This was a very good Sammy! The whole wheat bread was toasted perfectly, I loved the addition of pepitas and probably one of the best #vegancheddarcheese I've ever had. I should have asked what brand they use. Juicy and ripe, #locallysourced tomatoes and lettuce. Couldn't taste much of the Sriracha #veganaise but I added some chipotle hot sauce from the table. Quite steep in price for a veggie sandwich at $15 but I enjoyed every bite! #veganisnotscary

Loved the textures! Pepitas are a perfect crunchy addition! Grilled to perfection. Avocado is perfect. Comes with local corn chips (Shagbark)
