The Loaded One

I haven’t had a tramezzini in many years. This loaded one did not disappoint! Packed with veggies and cheese, it was very enjoyable.

Back at Nina's again. Had a early breakfast with a very well portioned Tramezzini. Mushrooms, onions, tomato, aubergine, vegan pesto and vegan cheese. Delicious and filling. Could not even finish the fries, the Tramezzini was just that big.

When it's cold, you want comfort food and for me, that = anything bread + anything potatoes... queue The Loaded One. With your choice of sourdough ciabatta or tramezzini (I chose tramezzini), this sandwich from "the gods above" is loaded with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, aubergines, vegan pesto and vegan cheese AND.... its served with fries. As you can see, I've already taken a bite out of it before I could even get my camera out 🙈😛
