My only complaint is the use of Field Roast sausages instead of housemade. Chef Krimsey is well capable of making her own sausage. Hell, I can make a really good seitan sausage *or* gluten-free sausage based on black-eyed peas or pinto beans. So come on, KR, go for it. I’ll show you!
