The J.P. (vegetarian banh mi)

Skip the mayo and spread to make this vegan. But no spread means this is kind of dry to be real. I mean it’s nice to see a tofu option on the menu but way too much bread- they could up the level of pickled vegetables to make this more balanced. Add vegan mayo and spread please! It was a good price for the amount of food.
