Strong hearts cafe smashed it out of the park with this tofu Benedict. English muffin topped with sausage patties topped with tofu eggs topped with thick and creamy vegan hollandaise sauce. Delicious and so satisfying🍳 #veganisnotscary

Incredible! Vegan benedict breakfast. I honestly have never had eggs benedict, so I have no basis for comparison, which is better I think lol. The tofu was firm and not very flavored,, yet it worked extremely well bc the sauce on top and the extra thick sausage patty (seitan i think) in the middle was incredibly flavorful, stuffed with chunks of garlic and other herbs. All on top of a crispy English muffin. So good, so filling I could only eat one. 😅 #veganisnotscary
