Tendon Teishoku

This dish is no longer available, but there are other places that sell #vegan #tendon dishes anyway. This dish came with a bunch of fried vegetables and fungi, including #carrots, #enoki mushrooms, #shiitake mushrooms, beans, and a few fried mock fish-based items. I felt the dish was kind of dry overall, and perhaps that was because the dish did not come with the accompanying soup due to a delivery mistake, and there was no sauce to go along with it. I personally preferred the salmoniee don from the same series over this, although I suppose this was still worth trying once.

Can definitely taste the premium ingredients and worth the value. But Japanese food isn't really for me

Japanese short grain rice bowl topped with crispy battered tempura freshly fried upon ordering, including tender konjac snowflake squid, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, French beans, and carrot slices. The tempura was light and airy; not greasy. Served with satsuma-jiru miso soup which was brimming with root vegetables! Personally preferred the Hiyashi Udon Tempura Teishoku as I'm not really a rice person haha. P.S. This is a new main as part of the Greendot One Raffles Place x Veg-An collab menu Wazen!
