Tamarind Tofu Nori Taco

"Nori taco with tofu, coconut turmeric rice, tamarind coriander sauce." Compared to the menu image, this taco had large, clumsy pieces of tofu and no coriander sprinkle. Coriander would've definitely elevated this sweet, carby tofu concoction both visually and in flavour though. You could see the yellow rice but not taste the coconut or turmeric. #tacos #tofu
