TACOS PURA VIDA

Very tasty and fresh. Cactus taco shell, black beans, vegan chick’n strips, vegan mozza, corn and mango salsa, sriracha coleslaw, guacamole, vegan sour cream, southwest sauce, cilantro. I don’t fully understand the vegan mozza part of it, maybe it’s the take out option that ruins its purpose as it remains solid and dry.
