Tacos

We love the tacos from here so we are back for more! I ordered 2 tacos tartaleta de soya which is the chunky soy tacos (flavored perfectly and my fav!), 1 taco de asada de soy which resembles ground “beef” (was too salty for me, but my husband’s fav) and one taco de barbacoa which was filled with sautéed mushrooms dipped in traditional barbacoa sauce and fried. It was good but a little bland so I filled with the pickled red onions and hot salsa they provided with our meal! This is perfect for a quick meal or a nice sit down chill meal with friends and/or family ! From Jan 22’ trip to Mexico 🇲🇽 Decided to try a variety of tacos to review more than one kind! Starting on the right is the Baja styled taco consists of breaded oyster mushrooms topped with carrots, sprouts, red onion, avocado, cilantro and house sauce. I liked it but the least favorite of all the ones I tasted. Next is the Carnitas tartaleta soya tacos which was my fav of all 4!!! Amazing flavor and ended up taking some to go for later 😋 Ok the second to the left is the Asada de soya taco which resembles your typical “ground” taco, but also soy (tvp) based. This was my husband’s favorite and also very tasty! We also took a few of these to go for a later snack. Ok the last one (far left) is the taco de barbacoa which I believe was mushroom based.
