Sweet & Sticky Tofu

An interesting take on the Asian dish sweet and sticky pork, with tofu instead. The pineapple was an unusual element but sauce was very good #greyton

Very tasty dish! I added too much of the sauce provided in a separate container which made it a bit too sweet for my liking, but I would definitely order it again.

This is one of the best vegan dishes I've tasted. Sweet but spicy, and the tofu was perfectly cooked. It's a decent portion as well. Would definitely order again.
