Sweet and Sour Mushroom

Delicious sweet and sour sauce with different types of mushrooms, white rice, fried tofu and fried tempeh. The tofu smells a little strange from the oil it was fried in, and I also wish it wasn't fried. But it all tasted good and was satisfying.
