Super Taco

I guess this is more like a pizza than a taco, but still delicious nonetheless. It has a tortilla base with spinach, avocado, pumpkin, mushroom, eggplant, tomato, rocket and cheese (you can choose between vegan or non-vegan cheese). This is super healthy with lots of fresh veggies but still tastes good!
