Sunny Day Pizza

I am so freaking happy that this fully vegan #pizza place still exists! I haven't visited in Seattle in many years and so many of my old favorite vegan spots have closed. But Pizza Pi lives on!!! 🥳 The pizza here is INCREDIBLE! You can order whole pies of course but they also have slices which is really convenient. They had 3 ready when I visited. This one features a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce, spinach, potato, black olives and huge dollops of their housemade #ricotta . The result is a garlicky creamy rich pizza with a perfect balance of ingredients and texture. The ricotta is absolutely delicious 😋 loved this one ! The Sunny Day pizza has been my favorite for YEARS, through different owners and various tweaks to the pizza. While this particular one could have used more sauce, it was still delicious. This time I got it with mushrooms added, and stuffed crust. This was a 10” (small) pizza, but I love it as a calzone. The Sunny Day comes with sun-dried tomato cream sauce, spinach, potatoes, black olives, and cashew ricotta. 😋

Delicious pizza with very creamy cheese. I requested a stuffed crust. It was the best pizza I’ve ever tried! I’d highly recommend!
