Summer Bowl

I likes this summer bowl, the ingredients were good and nourishing. However I expected it to be fresh but it was warm instead. Anyway, one of the best vegan asian restaurants😊💚🥦

Marinated tofu with rice noodles and salad leaves/soy sprouts/roasted peanuts as topping, plus some chili. I liked the combination but would’ve liked more veggies compared to the noodles. Excellent tofu marinade! Warming: A bit spicy.
