Strawberry Rhubarb Ice-cream

Strawberry Rhubarb isn't a flavor you usually get to try! This one was a clear winner. It tasted fresh and fruity and perfect for a warm summer day in Boston! This ice cream usyses a coconut milk base, but you don't taste the coconut (which is a good thing in my book)! 🍓🍓🍓
