Stir-Fried Rice Cakes with Truffle Sauce

Since this restaurant is listed as vegetarian, not vegan, I was worried about what this sauce was made with but they said they use coconut milk! This dish is a very local shanghai dish and was really enjoyable and filling. The truffle flavour is good but not too overpowering.
