Stir-fried 'Lamm' with cumin and chilli

🇨🇳 Tofu Vegan is a Chinese #allveganrestaurant and chain with a branch in East London which gets rave reviews. This was our favorite of the dishes we tried here. It was so heavy on the cumin which is why many of us liked it. It’s listed as one 🌶️chilli for spice but I think it’s more like two chillis. 🥵It’s got significant heat. It was a good portion and we ordered extra Bao buns so we could all have one. It was £13.80. Our French 🇫🇷guest said it was his favorite dish of the whole day when we ate our way through the vegan 🌱places in the neighborhood. If you love cumin you’ll love this the cumin flavour is very strong and compliments the ‘lamm’ nicely… the texture was very meaty! I’d order it again! #chinesefood #tofuvegan #lamb #mockmeat #spice #cumin
