Spring Calzone

I had to drive 50 km to finally go and eat to a vegan place, and it was worth it. I really enjoyed it. I celebrated my birthday in the right place. The calzone had oysters mushrooms, roasted seeds, roasted cherry tomatoes, cashew ricotta.
