
Ordered this for something no mock meats. Ended up only having a bunch of spinach, two or three pieces of beancurd skin and some mushrooms. Felt that the broth was just flavoured with mushroom seasoning powder and not with real umami-ness from cooking vegetable/mushroom stock. Only nice touch was a spoonful of fried ginger. Note: rice was to be ordered separately. Didn't come with the soup.
The dish was server hot and tasted good, it contained mushroom, tofu, spinach.. definitely tasted healthy
