Spinach Kofta Curry

The first and best dish I ordered at this Indonesian and Indian inspired Ayurvedic restaurant in Ubud. My husband who ordered their nasi campur (equally good) couldn’t resist stealing this from me. The gravy is delicious and the spinach koftas just melt in your mouth. Goes so well with the sticky brown rice
