Veggie broth thickened with nut extract & soy milk. Topped with marinated tofu, bok choy, leek, benishoga & bamboo shoots. A tasty & interesting dish but the broth was a little too rich & creamy for me. May just be my taste buds aren’t used to these rich flavours.
