Spicy potato samoosas

If you read "spicy" I wanna taste it... This potato filling was completely tasteless but that samoosa pastry - wow! I never expected such a morish pastry... Light, crispy, tasty. Brought them home, frozen them, defrosted, air fried them - same goodness. But the filling needed at least a sprinkle of salt.
