Loved the dish, the best part about the dish is that it teases you with it spicy ness but doesn’t leave you uncomfortable, the soy protein and tofu is the champion of this bowl, and hold onto your kimchi to go back to refreshing your pallet.
All in all beautifully put together, and packed with nutrition.
