Spicy Fried Eggplant

This might actually be a mislabel because while we ordered “spicy fried eggplant”, this appears to be eggplant in some black bean sauce 😅 Regardless, this was pretty enjoyable. The sauce was very thick and full of #umami and the eggplants were topped with #sesame seeds, it really doesn’t get better than that 😋 Not a hint of spiciness in there but for a dish this tasty I think one could do without 😉 #supportlocal #takeaway #veganin2021 #tiledreview
