Spicy Fried Cauliflower

I can’t stress enough how good this cauliflower is. The sauce has gochujang, garlic and tomato passata, almost like the kind of rich seasoning you’d use for pasta with meatballs. The cauliflower inside stays firm, giving a great bite. First time ever trying fried cauliflower and wow… it was superb! Spicy but not too much.
